IUN60002.exe Virus on computer? What should I do?

Is this a virus? Because I thought I had a virus because my computer was being all weird, so now I ran a McAfee Stinger Virus Finder Program, and it said I have an IUN6002.exe virus.

HOw should I remove it?

And by the way, Avast! Didn’t detect it. :frowning:

I have a snapshot included for readers to better understand the situation.

Hi St907,

Download RogueKiller to your desktop from here: http://www.sur-la-toile.com/RogueKiller/
[MD5 : f93824c28d7f410a3c8fa00925a7fb74]

Quit all running programs
For Vista/Seven, right click → run as administrator, for XP simply run RogueKiller.exe
When prompted, type 1 and validate
The RKreport.txt will be generated next to the executable.
If the program is blocked, do not hesitate to try several times. If it really does not work (it could happen), rename it to winlogon.exe

Please attach the contents of the RKreport.txt file in your next reply,

Later essexboy may ask you to run OTL, but first post the RK report next,
