:ocan someone tell me how to clean a virus when avast wont do it i aint had me screen saver on long enough it says its:

it says it was last changed on the 13 2 2003 wot damage has this thing done besides muckin up my realone player and takin away some of my send to options am i doomed?? can i delete it ok without deleting a system file or owt ?? help its my first one!!!
