Do you know ASAP antivirus by McAfee???

The systeme is very great… by i prefere avast for a lots of resons…

Every stations send a XML file (including last update, if you were infected, when, by what etc etc etc) to a serveur, and you can see everything connecting you on a website… So you can see what apen on your network! that’s fantastic!

I’ve got a great project to purpose you: an application in php where you can know every thing about each station on your network!

How??? i’ve started to think about it:

Avast pro can send reports files in xml or text in a folder… The idea is to send files in a folder on the server where the application PHP is installed, and to use this file in order to know information about the station connecting to the server with an internet browser…

What do you think about this idea???

I’m not a PHP guru, so if people wants to help me in this great project…

Hi,

what you’re describing is basically a very simple version of the upcoming ADNM (avast! Distributed Network Manager). Actually, we’ve been working on this project for the last two years!!! :slight_smile: :wink:
