thought that the stingray and avast would be the answer but after several scans i still get “urgent message” pop ups etc
any help out there

More information is needed before help can be given. Please give the OS and any other security programs your computer may have.
More importantly, give the text of the “urgent message” pop-ups. A screenshot of same would also be helpful. What program is giving these pop-ups?

I think more in the way of SpyQuake. But we will see. I think the rogue scanners are the prevailing malware of the moment.
