Avast, if it detects them (alerts), then it should be able to remove them.
We are going to need more details, but I suspect that this is a virus that Avast Hasn’t detected ?
A very long time ago there used to be trained malware removal specialists, but since there was so little work for them (and they have to remain current), they have moved to other sites.
You could try the MalwareBytes community at (https://)forums(.)malwarebytes(.)com Copy, remove the ( ) brackets and you will have an active link to the site.
