japanese language?

Hello guys ,sorry for my english … I have a little problem with avast on my mobile phone samsung next.I am italian and download avast from google play in italian language.But when I open software is in japanese?? Why ?Please help me :-X

Hello gargamella, welcome to the forums.

I don’t know why this happens, but you can change your display language settings:

  1. Launch avast! Mobile Security
  2. Scroll down and tap bottommost menu (two gear meshing icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap the third menu from bottom (“表示言語の変更” in Japanese)
  4. You can select languages!

Hi,

glad it’s working. Default language of the app is taken from the OS language so if your device reports itself as being in Japanese, the app will act the same way.
