Since I changed my broadband isp most web pages have this script on top:
Many times the avast home edition indicates an alert of malware. Can anyone help me understand and repair this phenomenon?

This could indicate that the sites you are visiting have been hacked and have had code injected into their pages and are trying to run an external script. You don’t say what the malware name was given to these detections ?
Check the avast! Log Viewer (right click the avast ‘a’ icon), Warning section, this contains information on all avast detections.
The detections will most certainly have been by the web shield provider (see image) and the only option is abort connection, e.g. drop the connection that would download the file. So nothing should have got on to your system.
Is this when visiting your own web site or others ?
I don’t think that this is related to your change of ISP but a coincidence.
