after i uninstall previous version of Java to update to 7 the old plug-ins in firefox are still there…this is no uninstall in the plug-ins to remove???
disregard this thread…Java 7 is installed and firefox as well for the plug-ins 
It is a problem with the FF addons not being deleted - I am not sure if that is fixed in the later version as I use neither
