ccleaner is broken------ will not donwload and each session you have to close and reopen to run another. also. it keeps processes running after closing

there is also no problem with CCleaner here, try running Windows Disk Clean-up then reboot your system.

It isn’t broken and it isn’t resident unless that’s what you allowed it to be.
