JNWDRV.dll rootkit?

so I did a virus scan today and avast found one threat; JNWDRV.dll found at “C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\426da88de3960977fc8cbf31e52a5193\amd64_microsoft-windows-t…c-journalnotewriter_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17803_none_a094ca2d639dc99a\JNWDRV.dll”. So I went online to check what this JNWDRV.dll actually is; apparetnly, it’s a registry file which is usually found it the System32 folder.

I don’t want to delete it, but avast is not letting me move it to chest (I get some sort of error telling me it’s not supported and then shows me “(50)”).
