jqpdjjgt - a virus(?) I can't get rid of.

I was just on my computer as nornal when it started acting up, taking long to load and google wasnt working, so I opened up my processeses and jqpdjjgt was there… I couldn’t end it. I found the file in app\data\local\temp First I scanned it and the folder with avast and both were clean. I tried deleting it and restarting but with no luck.

I then tried deleting it in safe mode with no luck. Normally I would system restore but there were no restore points.

I have also tried both tdsskiller and rkill neither of them finding anything.

Because of this thing, I cannot use google, load chrome and it seems to be blocking antivirus related sites (using phone atm)

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced

follow this guide and attach (not copy and paste) Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR logs

So I turned my computer on today and avast caught rlriehen.exe. Seems to be running okay now. jqpdjjgt is no where to be seen.

I did the 3 scans that the guide said to and got this.

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Notes:

  1. Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

  3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

[*]Select the View Tab.
[*]Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Do not show hidden files and folders.
