I just found out what the d(…)2k.exe application was. It is desp2k.exe, a useless wakeup application. My deduction is that it tries to load at boot and fails for lack of a DLL (or so it says). If I am correct, what I have to do is to disable its attempt to load at boot. Of course the DLL may be necessary, but so far I have managed without it.

Still no more annoying warnings. I wonder what happened anyway!..
