JS:Decode-CAP [Trj] virus

Just ran a full system scan and found an infected Google cache file. Can anyone tell me what exactly this means/what this virus does? What if the infected file was found on a Mac - is it still a threat? Also, is the virus still a problem if it has been moved to the virus chest?

As the name says, it is not a virus but a Trojan (Trj)

So if it is a Trojan how are my other questions answered? What does it do, is it safe if the file is moved to the chest, if it is a Mac is it vulnerable, etc.

JS:Decode - CAP > ESET alias > JS/TrojanDownloader.Nemucod.AF
