Hi,
Avast is quarantining this Malware but i want to remove it, as my Mac is running slow. It’s the JS.Downloader and I think it is in Google Chrome. It isn’t showing up in the extensions so must be hiding somewhere else. Files are being quarantined every few minutes. It’s driving me crazy. Can anybody help?

What application is this? It’s definitely not Avast for Mac…
It is from Norton for Mac.
Then avast detection is probably a result of you having avast and Norton installed, a classic program conflict and why you should never install more then one AV
Running two AV will also make your Mac run slow

I haven’t installed Avast, only Nortons. I’ve searched my computer and can’t find it anywhere.
