JS:Miner-E [Trj]?

I’ve been getting notifications by Avast that it has been blocking a Trojan (I guess) called “JS:Miner-E.” I’ve heard that people got JS:Miner-C or D but I don’t think people have gotten this one… Any help? :-\

I ran a Full Virus scan and it found JS:Miner-E and I deleted it. I haven’t got the popup that Avast has found it again but when I do I will send a screenshot.
