Try the following, Uninstall Google Chrome, and check.
Run Avast on the entire computer. doing a scanner and then installing Chrome
First remove Extensions you may have have added to Chrome then test again.
Since it’s blocking it from Chrome, it could be a result of any extensions or add-ons you have or a specific website you have open. If you’re not going to the website in the alert directly, there could be a website you’re visiting and have open that has an Ad on it or a pop-up that Avast thinks is malicious or has flagged with that malware type.
Does the twenty times a day happen randomly throughout the day, or do you notice it showing up when you’re doing specific things or visiting specific websites?
Thank you for the information.
Indeed I had an extension that I did not install in Chrome which I deleted
I still uninstalled Chrome then reinstalled
for now I’m testing if it’s good I’ll keep you informed
well unfortunately it’s the same

Do a full virus scan with Avast.
Here is the solution Thanks to Chris…
Could you follow the following steps:
Make a backup of favorites: Exporting favorites
Remove chrome with REVO UNINSTALL .
Rename the Google directory on your PC, following this path: C:\Users\Last Name or First Name\AppData\Local (rename it to google.old). AppData is a hidden folder
Video tutorial (via YouTube): Google Chrome - Access Google Directory in AppData
Download ADW CLEANER to scan and clean the PC.
After restarting the PC, finish cleaning the registry keys by doing a full scan with Malwarebytes .
Shut down the PC.
Restart the PC and download Chrome .
Do not log in with your account on Chrome and check that there are no more problems.
