Hi, i found this virus JS:TrojDlndr-1 with Avast antivirus and i successfully deleted it, but now it keeps comming back and popping up a website (http://freeflatscreenz.xxxxxxx)
file is called mtrslib2[1].js
now i want to know how to remove it completely and or how to make windows secure against it?

Simply changing browsers won’t get rid of a vulnerability, you have to either patch it or remove the vulnerability (Java Virtual Machine), if you need JVM, you have to get the latest version.
Even though you switch from IE, it is still an integral part of windows XP, so if you have XP you still need to keep IE up to date.

The log file is clean. But your Windows and IE are not up-to-date. If you have ms-office installed, that one is likely also not up to date. Go to the windows update site and install ALL security patches/updates. Keep going there till it says there are none. Do the same for office.
