I’m planing on using ADNM on a server(win2k) and to have 30 computers stations (win xp) connected to the ADNM (NetClient)

For that i just need to bought:

  • 30 avast! 4 Professional Edition and a 1 avast! Advanced Suite / Standart Suite ?
    (Professional Edition include license to netclient too ? )

or

  • 31 avast! Standart Suite ?

You have to buy 30 Netclients. ADNM is free for customers with Netclients. If you also want to protect your Win2k server, you have to buy one Netserver license. All license is managed via ADNM, i.e. you have one license file, especially generated for you.

Effectively in ADNM i can include licenses. But where can i bought NetClient licenses ? I mean, i have searched on site for standalone netclient and have found nothing. Just that it is included on avast standard suite. So the question is, I have to bought 30 standard suite ? Or I’m so blind that i don’t have found the link to the NetClient page on avast site, if that case is true, a charitable soul could please indicate me the link ^^

I have no experience with this e-shop, because I used special license for local government and I have solved my license file directly with Alwill Trade (Avast distributor for Alwill software) some years ago.
But the answer your question is Yes - 30 Standard suite license will cover 30 Netclients and 4 Netservers as I have seen on web pages (rule 30/10 = 3+1 server), if you don’t want to use Exchange or ISA plug-in (otherwise you have to see Advanced Suite). Do you have only one file server and clients PC’s in domain? Or you are using some MS SBS edition?

u can buy the proffesional licenses those count as netclient licenses

for my company i purchased the advanced suite licenses from which the licenses file was sent to me in 1 file and i imported this into my ADNM and deployed the net client/server packages pro licenses = netclient licenses
