Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section but i just post here anyway, sorry if it is in the wrong section.
While i waiting for my malwarebytes forum registration to ask them this question, so while Im waiting I ask the question here so anyone who knows this that can give me feed back on this question.
So today I updated Malwarebytes and I did a quick scan and it didnt detect anything on the scan, so then I did a full scan and it detect this
Trojan.Agent in the c:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\plugins\libsubtitle_plugin.dll and while i had this VLC video lan since late and no other antivirus or spyware program has pick this up until today and the Video Lan folder is still in the program files.
So the question i want to ask is this a false positive or a real trojan.agent and can anyone tell me if VLC VideoLan
player or codec is a safe program and if it isnt, how can i uninstall it or delete it safely from my pc.
thanks for your help
