No noticeable problems, but I just got the last 1(w-state.biz) when I was on myspace playing a Zynga App. Am I safe? Thanks in advance.

Since Network Shield blocked all of those, your computer should be safe.

None of those are sites you want to visit.

Is it safe to continue using the Myspace Zynga Games Inc apps? Since avast is blocking them.

Well, avast is not actually blocking the games themselves but it is blocking access to/from those malicious sites.
