Just got a license for pro and the cleanup, can't activate it

I’m sorry you’re having this issue,

I’m no expert on this topic, and I’m just trying to help clear up any questions if I can since it’s been very quiet for the past hourish…

What I do know for a fact, is that Avast is not updated for Windows 10 as it is a “Beta” platform, or something along those lines. I read that earlier. Avast will update for Windows 10 when it officially is released, I believe… So it might not work because of that.

What I suggest, is you create a ticket for Avast Support or call them if you can. I don’t know if we could really help you unfortunately, though later today, when the usual group of people are on who do really good at helping people I’m sure they could give you better advice than I can.
