And it is prohibiting access to protonmail.ch as a phishing site, and it never used to. Even after listing the site as an exception it will not allow access. As this is my only email, there is a real problem here.

Hello, the protonmail.ch works for me in the browser 110.0. What kind of warning do you get? If it is a popup warning from Avast Anti-Virus and the source is Web-shield, it’s not browser mistake but it might be a false positive in AV virus database.
