I just installed the Avast Distributed Network Manager Console on Server 2003. I retired the former server and left the Avast Pro Client installed on the workstations (about 10). When I start ADNM the login box comes up and if I click “detect server” it detects my server, but it won’t accept the username/password. I set it up as MSDE and I set the “sa” account password to our domain admin account password. Now when I use “sa” as the username and our domain password as the password, I get the access is denied message- Unable to login as sa or connection error.
Please help! I am not familiar with this product.
Nevermind, I just saw in the manual the default password is admin…thanks…
