Hello there.
I am facing some difficulties when trying to add the new SecureLine license to my existing Internet secuirty. After completing my purchase, I downloaded the license file and tried to follow the instruction given in the email. But for some reason, upon adding a license file, the avast gives me the message that the license file could not be added.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

What happens if you download the license through your account and then double click on the file ?
