So i’ve had avast for last couple years. Recently i’ve been gaming and its advantageous to leave my game running. I can setup in game shops to sell items. I’ve run into the issue of coming back to my computer and found that it has restarted. I turn off automatic update in frustration, but i don’t really WANT to turn it off. Is there any way that i can just stop it from automatically rebooting?
Tried combing through the options, but i don’t see anything for it.
and why do you think it is related to avast … and not windows update?
Because i for sure have windows update turned off. Plus when i get back to my computer is will have an Avast has been updated screen or some such.

This allows you to choose when to allow the update and a possible reboot when needed.
Ya i mean i saw that, and i’ve turned it on. At the current time i have picked the option above that to download it and let me know when its ready to update, but not update. Avast sign in the system tray has a big exclamation mark either way saying i’m unprotected. I would just like that sign to go back to normal and not have my computer reboot. So i was just wondering if i missed an obsure way to do it. Apparently i did not.
These answers seems to have been aimed at someone who put no effort into looking themselves or is computers illiterate haha. I’m neither. I appreciate the responses none-the-less as it gave me my answer in a round about way.

Я приобрела 26,06,2016 продукт аваст секьюрити лайн за 500 рублей . Он проработал дней пять и пропал с компьютера. Теперь у меня заканчивается временная подписка на аваст интернет секьюрити. Купить пока нет возможности. Что будет с тем продуктом что я преобрела? Где он вообще??
