Karma points/bages not getting activated

There are still things that don’t get acknowledged by avast. Installed browser addon in 4 browsers on 4 systems and it’s not enabling the badge for it. I’m using avast! on my phone with anti-theft from before and neither are counted as being used.

we apologize for the problems but for current Avast Account users the history will be added in the next 2 weeks. There is some computing part needed to scan the history of all accounts and assign the points, so please give us little bit more time.

Aha, cool. No problem, just wanted to let you know that things are not being detected instantly (as i thought they’d be).

i cannot get my mobile security badge and mobile backup i have install avast one my smart phone nd sign in my avast account but nothing will show and not added karma points.
