Do you see the buttons [applaud] and [smite] at the left of your screen? Not in your post, but in the others… When you like somebody’s posts you can applaud 
him an increase his/hers karmas. When the number decreases is a bad signal… you must improve your performance because the users think you are not so good and smited >:( you…

I did not say in the first post: the user must wait one hour between two sequencial applauds or smites. 8)
