I have automatic payment set up on my account. Yet, every year, I keep getting pop up notices to renew my subscription. Very annoying, can they be turned off?

Aren’t they the reminders for the upcoming auto renewal?

They probably are but, if the customer is signed up for auto renewal, why should they be pestered with notifications ???
Time for Avast to get smarter. :slight_smile:

that’s definitely not a standard beahvior. we do not message users with autorenewal,only when the autorenewal fails and program is expired. Please PM me if you would like us to investigate the issue further.
