I recently purchased a copy of Avast Professional and have apparently lost my key and the confirmation email. I also just reformatted my computer today. When I go to register > lost key code and put in the requested information I keep getting a message that there is a server side problem and to try back later. Anyone able to help me out?
At that site you can only have your Home registration back.
For the Pro version, you need to send an email to sales @ avast . com
and explain what happened.

It usually quite quick but store the email and registration details on a USB Flash stick when you receive it for fast retrival next time.
