Can you browse a little the link ‘FAQ’ on my signature?
There is an explanation about the manual configuration of the mail provider.
Other possibility is try the link ‘Settings’ to see the configuration.
But, you can close your email client (which one do you use?) and run the Mail Protection Wizard from your Windows Start Menu. Choose the accounts to be protected following the windows.
@ Technical - This is not to do with the Mail Protection provider but multiple user accounts in Windows.
If I remember rightly this has been discussed on a number of occassions and I believe that avast has to have been installed using the administrator acccount and not simply and account with administrator privilages.
A search for administrator returns several hits, this one seems most relevant.
If you install in the Administrator account you should not have problems to use in the common user account. I have more than one user and no troubles with avast
