keyboard/mouse and firefox.exe / winword.exe not works

Simple user decided to install avast itself in March …

After properly remove your miserable program
ceased to run MS Office and firefox products

Any installed av was not removed before installing avast.

Removing avast will not cripple ms-office nor Firefox.

Looking at the very little information you gave, I say there was no reason at all to install windows again.
Next to that. a simple user is not even capable of doing so properly.
