Knowing browsers that have Avast site rating plugins

Hi,
I’m a web developer and I need to know any client-side way -javascript api- that let my application to know if the avast websites rating plugin is installed and active in the visitor’s web browser or not.

I want use it to encourage visitors that their browsers have this feature to vote up my website.
