Guess I’m going to have to try and take this up with Paypal then… Ridiculous.
The normal time period is 10 working days - so you should have had some contact (acknowledgement at least).
I will try and attract some attention to this topic.

My case is not as long as yours (10 days), but as mine is very very urgent due to security issues I would have thought that I would have had some sort of response.
My Ticket: #UVZ-179-53017 dated 14th Dec still not answered and today is 19th Dec.
I suspect my Internet Security is not secure and is not protecing my PC and have had to revert to Windows Firewall because of this and at the same time I am advised my license is out of date which is incorrect. On top of that it advises that the Firewall is not working correctly until I re-boot, done this a load of times without any change.
So would you trust software which gives these sort of results?
