Laptop has virus - nothing can detect

I have tried it all. I know by the behaviors of my system that there is a virus on my laptop. I can detect and remove what has been found in the past by malwarebytes, but nothing else I try seems to keep me clean of the virus. It always seems to reappear somehow. I have tried a to restore my system with no avail. I would like to purchase Avast, however I am concerned that I will be installing the product on an already infected computer. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m about out them. Thanks! Acer laptop win 7 64bit Avast Internet security trial version

Hi,
I will be working on your Malware issues

Download ComboFix from here and save it to your Desktop.
If you are unsure how ComboFix works please read this guide carefully.
note: ComboFix must be downloaded to your Desktop.

Temporarily disable your AntiVirus program.
If you are unsure how to do this please read this or this Instruction.

How to disable avast:

[*]Right-click on the avast! icon in the lower right corner of the screen and choose Open Avast! User Interface.
[*]In the window that opens on the top right corner, click Settings.
[*]In a new window that opens, choose the option Troubleshooting, Uncheck Enable avast! self-defense, and click OK.

[*]Right-click on the avast! icon in the lower right corner of the screen and select avast! shield controls .
[*]In the menu that appears, choose Disable Permanently. When you are prompted to turn off security, click Yes.

Note: Do not forget to turn on this option after the cleaning.

Run ComboFix. Click on I Agree!
ComboFix will check if there is a newer version of ComboFix available.
Click Yes if prompted to download.
ComboFix will display DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue.
If Recovery Console is not installed, ComboFix will offer download & installation.
Click Yes to allow ComboFix to install Recovery Console.
Note:Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running.
If you see a message like “Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion” just restart computer once more.

When the tool is finished, it will produce a log report for you. (typical location: C:ComboFix.txt )
Attach log reports ( ComboFix.txt) back to topic.

Thank you for your help. Combofix downloaded and ran. Required a restart and after logging in all I am getting is a blinking command fix box.

I was able to restart in safe mode and run combofix to save the log file. Please see attached.
Thanks,
Tiff

Hi,
Can you attach the last three malwarebytes logs. By logs I see that the cleaning are done by malwarebytes.
So, re-run Malwarebytes > click on Logs tab> attached here the last one mbam-log-created_date(time).txt

Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop

Execute TDSSKiller.exe by doubleclicking on it.

[*] Press Start Scan

[*] If Suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
[*] If Malicious objects are found, select Cure.

Once complete, a log will be produced at the root drive which is typically C:\ ,for example, C:\TDSSKiller.<version_date_time>log.txt

Please post the contents of that log in your next reply.

Attached.

It is necessary to uninstall the ComboFix :

[*] Click Start (or
http://amf.mycity.rs/pg/images/VistaStartButton.png
) then Run.

On Windows7 or Vista you may use Start Search field if Run is not available.

[*] In the line of text type in (Copy) the following:

ComboFix /Uninstall

Note that there is a space between " ComboFix " and " /Uninstall " .

[*] then click OK (or press Enter ).

Wait for the uninstall process is complete.

Logs are clean. There is no malware here. Tell me how’s your computer running now?

ComboFix did not uninstall yet. I received two seperate warnings that Avast was running. I clicked okay both times and did not disable. After a few mins I received the uninstall notifcation. There was a detection during one of the scans, could that have cleared my issue. I would say as of now its working well. Thank you for your help.

I do notice still what appears to be a redirect on my web browser. I will follow up.

hey if you still got redirect from your webrowser plaese rerun the otl and attach a new scan so magna86 can have lock on it agian.

Detections are probably from Combofix Quarantine. Don’t worry.

Download Combofix Uninstaller and run it.
Combofix shuld be removed now.

As mikaelrask wrote, attach here fresh OTL.txt and aswMBR.txt logs.

Also, download fresh TDSSKiller

[*]Re-run TDSSKiller.exe and click on Change parametres.
[*]Under Additional options check the boxes next to Verify Driver Digital Signature and Detect TDLFS file system, then click OK
[*]Click on Start Scan.
[*]If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue.
[*]If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
[*]It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
[*]Click the Report button and attach the contents of it into your next reply
Note:It will also create a log in the C: directory.
