My laptop will not come back on after I ran an Avast boot scan. It did find a win32 trojan horse and couldn’t do anything with it. I ignored it and was going to go into the registry to wipe it out after the boot scan finished. Now it will not come on at all . . .

Hi. I do have a thumb drive and I think I have a blank cd or a cdr. I was actually just running the Avast boot scan to see what kind of virus was on the machine. When it came across the win32 it would not allow me to do anything with it so I ignored it. I planned on going back in and going into the regedit menu to delete the files associated with the win32. However, it went off and won’t come back on. It could be a battery issue or something else, but I’m not sure what it is. . .
I asked what version of system it is, we can try to fix it…
