Hi everone, can someone please help a silver surfer ? I have avast (3pc ) downloaded on my desktop and dont know how to put it on my laptop help would be most appreciated.
Transfer via usb stick the avast install file ( or re-download if you didn’t save ) and the avast license file in your email from the desktop to the laptop.
and very important …all previous used AV must be removed before you install avast to avoid problems
As Pondus mentioned it is very important that you first remove any other AV that maybe on the system before installing avast, there are also many removal tools here http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/ which should be run after uninstalling your AV first.
