Last Communication and Battery Status do not update!

Hi Everybody, i’m testing the app from about one week but after Avast Anti Theft Upgrade to last version the string “Last Comunication” and “Battery Status” not work. I get answers from the device on the web panel but the Status do not refresh. It’s important to know how much operating charge remains on the device. Also Google Hangout was blocking communication with the google server and I had to downgrade to Gtalk to establish a connection .

The most important thing is to know the battery status and last communication with the device which currently does not update while receiving responses from the device. Can you help me to solve this issue?

Also If the device isn’t connected to gtalk (online status) the commands doesn’t work

In my device 4.1.3 record work fine, i don’t think was a bug…

Same problem with my S7 Edge. Seems to have worked first time I used switch phone app. Then a few days - no more communicate. But it did for a short time. Strange. Can’t see any details in myAvast.
