Last Communication Fail in my.avast

There I was thinking I had mastered the my.avast thing. :wink:

All three of my systems are status SECURED.

Only two show Device Communication accurately.

The third device shows Last Update Mar 14, Last Communication 9 days ago.

(Sidebar: in Avast itself, no issues with Connection established, streaming defs updates, avast! Emergency Update task, etc. etc.)

For the past few days I’ve left that system on for several hours at a time, rebooted twice and all it does is remain at Mar 14 and, of course, counts up a day.

I would like to “start over” with that system. If I Delete From Account, how can I add it again to my List of Devices?

it happen sometime for 1 of my 3 pc (I never understood why).
But , yes delete from account , go to the avast one setting => account => disconnect => connect => enter mail & Pass.
Your “my.avast.com” sould be ok now for all your devices
