Last VPS database : 03.03.2017

I am running avast 1.3.0 on Ubuntu and when I attempt to update avast I receive the following message:
Updating AVAST

avast: avast v1.3.0
VPS: 170303-1 (date: 03.03.2017)
Copyright(C) 2003-2008. ALWIL Software. All rights reserved.
Checking for virus signature updates…
No updates available at this time.

I have even deleted the vps, forcing it to fetch a new vps and it says the same thing.

Server for avast could be down.

Only the paid server version for Linux is still supported.
All home versions are obsolete.
