First suggestion is to run the Malwarebytes Antimalware program and have it correct / delete what it finds. In this case it will make the rest of the cleaning easier.

I had Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program delete all of what it found. I am still getting the popups for the software downloads, as well as the Ads by LaSuperba.

Junkware Removal Tool
Please download JRT from here to your desktop.

Note: Temporarily disable/shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts, how to do so can be read here.

Double click the JRT.exe file to run the application.

The application will open an Command Prompt window and run from there (this is normal for this program, so not to be alarmed).

When it is asked, press any key to allow the program to continue / run.

This will create a log on the desktop; please copy and paste the JRT.txt log text in your next post.

Note: After the log file is created, please enable your protection software / reboot your system and verify your protection software is enabled.

AdwCleaner by Xplode

Download AdwCleaner from here or from here. Save the file to the desktop.

NOTE: If you are using IE 8 or above you may get a warning that stops the program from downloading. Just click on the warning and allow the download to complete.

Close all open windows and browsers.

- [b]Vista/7/8 users:[/b] Right click the [b]AdwCleaner[/b] icon on the desktop, click [b]Run as administrator[/b] and accept the UAC prompt to run AdwCleaner.

- [b]Everything checked[/b] will be deleted.
- When the program has finished cleaning a report appears.
- Once done it will ask to reboot, allow this

Still having the problem. The files are attached as asked, although it named the AdwCleaner file as AdwCleaner[C1].txt rather than AdwCleaner[C0].txt. Also interestingly enough when I ran the AdwCleaner there was nothing that was checked, as a matter of fact there was nothing in any of the catagories.

What browsers are you having the problem with?

You mentioned Steam, Avast and Chrome in your first post. Is the Avast the Safe Zone browser? Does it happen with IE and / or FireFox?

Google Chrome, this also happens in Steam and in the avast GUI. Attached are some screenshots in for the problem in Steam and Avast! The pop-ups on Chrome are harder for me to replicate but they are similar to those from the steam screenshot I added.

Edit: As for IE, I haven’t found anything yet however I will keep checking. I do not have Firefox downloaded on this system. I will do some testing with IE and post if anything happens there.

Download zoek.exe from here: Bleepingcomputer

[]Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere download or run of Zoek.exe (Here or here you can read a manual how to disable your security applications.)
[*]Doubleclick zoek.exe to start the program.
[*]Click the More Options button and select the “Do a Deep Scan” option. Also, make sure the Scan All Users option is selected.
[*]Close any open browsers.
[*]Click the “Run script” button and wait patiently.
[*]When finished the logfile will be opened in notepad.
[*]The zoek-results.log can also be found on your system drive.
[]Please post the logfile for further review in your next comment.

Clean up of Malware Removal Tools
Now that we are through using these tools, let’s clean them off your system so that should you ever need to have malware removed again (we hope not) fresh, updated copies will be downloaded.

[]Download Delfix from here to your desktop and double click it to start the program
[*]Ensure Remove disinfection tools is ticked
Also tick:
[]Activate UAC
[]Create registry backup
[]Purge system restore
[*]Reset system settings

[*]The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please attach the log in your next reply.

You can delete any log files left on your desktop as these are no longer needed.
