I was able to log onto free WiFi sites with my android tablet now all of a sudden I can’t. I turn on Wi-Fi & it says I am connected but the browser page won’t open to log on. Now know how to connect with my laptop but not able to disable Avast on tablet. Any ideas welcome.
Disconnect from that network by selecting Forget . …
Once disconnect, reconnect and sign in again.

Went to the library today & followed your instructions. After a bit of to & frowing I got the Wi -Fi working. Disconnected when I finished. Many thanks for your help.
