Yesterday after being informed by pop up I used the latest update Avast 2015 on my PC running Windows 7 and shortly after the PC froze with a “blue screen” error.
I opened it up it “safe mode” and Windows performed a repair.
I rebooted and since then all has been OK!
This morning I received a call from a colleague who is running Vista.
He had just upgraded to Avast 2015 and had also got the “blue screen” error.
I told him what I had done and so far no call back.
This is not good Avast I suggest you look into this or your reputation will suffer >:(
