Launching Chrome causes this URL block

This just started today on my Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit) installation. When I launch Chrome this URL Threat Warning pops up:

Following up the details shows this:

I check on Conduit Services and found no information about malware associated with it.
Is this real, or just a false positive?
