on August 12, i bought GrimeFighter, i installed but it had no positive effect on my PC and if anything, performance became worse. I contacted Avast initially via Feedback, but got no reply. On August 27, i submitted a ticket stating very clearly that, under the terms of the 30-day money back quarantee, I requesting and entitled to a refund. I could not access my account even after password change. I have finally got into my account to find that the ticket was closed with no reply.
I wish to proceed with legal action but cannot even find an address to which I should send the necessary initial letter. Has anyone any idea of how to approach the company?
