I know I have enterd the control word correctly, but the bloody thing won’t work. Can anyone help?

  1. Check your system date and time.
  2. The Registration key is valid for 14 months. Has this period expired? Register again (for free).
  3. Use copy & paste method to apply the key (take care to not copy the ‘last’ blank space at the end of the paragraph: copy only the key).

i’m having the same problem–both with license re-sending AND with just registering anew. both are moot points, i suppose, since i can’t download it anyway >:(

Be sure that your spam killer application (or your ISP policies) do not block the email sent by avast.
