Hi, I have just signed up to the Forum wanting some help with the Licence and Activation Code. I purchased an upgrade of Avast Premium for my computer today Thursday 12th May. Unfortunately Digital River made a mistake with my Email address consequently I didn’t receive the information. I have Emailed Digital River explaining what has happened and requested them to re-send the information to the correct Email address which I included in my Email. Up to now I haven’t had a reply from them. I have also contacted avast.com/support explained the problem and had no response from them either. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to put right this mistake and get the licence and code re-sent to me. Cheers David h

Not Digital River made a mistake with the email.
Does it really matter ??? The problem is the same either way.
