I ordered Avast Antivirus (1-year licence for 3 PCs) 24 November 2016. Today, I received an e-mail informing me that my licence has been canceled as my payment had not been settled. However, I had made payment via online bank transfer the same day I ordered it. Anyone had the same problem?

Ok, I did that but I’m not sure what I should put in a ‘billing address’ gap. Sorry, I’m new to all this banking stuff and also, my English language knowledge is not that great.
