My Avast secureline VPN expires in 8 days. I have attempted to renew licence but it will not accept my zipcode. red line appears around box and with message to add valid zipcode.
Is there an option to renew licence on the website rather than through vpn box on my computer? I don’t want to buy new subscription. only renew current one.

Go to your my.avast.com account.
Under licenses, you should be able to renew it.
