I purchased a licence on the 23/07/2014. This is the entry from my bank:
23 Jul 2014 - 19 Visa DRI*AVAST SOFTW LUXEMBOURG LU £9.99
I have contacted support on three occasions to tell them that I did not received my Licence, and all I am told is how to install the application.
Can anyone help?

This indicates that you did buy from a reseller, so you should contact the reseller.

Ik heb begin augustus m’n abonnement avast antivirus verlengd en daarbij ook easy-pass erbij.Ik heb licensie wel ontvangen maar passwoord werkt niet.Ik heb al geprobeerd de klantenservice te mailen maar helaas.
