Licence issue

Hi,

Since today I have warnings on domain computers that said that my licence is not OK
The end date is : 27/09/2014

What should I do ?

Please, upload (attach) the avast log:
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast5\Setup\setup.log (on PC version…)

If the file is too big for the forum, post the last 400-500 lines of it.

Please clarify which message you get.
Can you post an image of the message?
And an image under MAINTENANCE->SUBSCRIPTION?
Have you inserted the license under console?

Ok,
please tell to us some thing, like:
1)versione of console (is the last 1.1.132.15?) and the OS of the server
2)version of client program (is the last 6.0.1373?) and the OS
3)All your clients has this issue?
4)Have you try to reboot the server with the console installed?

  • console version 1.0.888.19 (how should I do to update ?) OS Windows serveur 2008 Standard SP2 64 bits
  • client 6.0.1313 OS : XP SP3
  • all my clients have the isssue
    I reboot the server where the console is installer this morning, the issue continue.

Yes I suggest you first to upgrade to the newer version and then program a job for deploy the update to all your clients.
Please report if you still have problem (i think you should resolve this issue)

Before installing the update, is it possible to save the configuration ? How should I do ?

Configuration should not be affected by the update but it is best to save it just in case

You must run (and create I think) a MAINTENACE job called SYSTEM BACKUP, unfortunately I don’t know how to use the backup file…
